  • Restructured and stabilized supply chain operations for aerospace company to improve operating productivity, and achieve reductions of 18% in inventory and 15% in operating cost through employee development, ERP reconfiguration, streamlined/re-engineered core business processes, implementation of key performance metrics and Vendor Managed Inventories (VMI).
