  • Restructured and stabilized supply chain operations for aerospace company to improve operating productivity, and achieve reductions of 18% in inventory and 15% in operating cost through employee development, ERP reconfiguration, streamlined/re-engineered core business processes, implementation of key performance metrics and Vendor Managed Inventories (VMI).
  • Led successful integration of two competing businesses into a unified, profitable $50 million operation including unification of supply chains, distribution channels, global suppliers, business processes and enterprise systems. 
  • Renegotiated supplier agreements during economic downturn to achieve $20M reduction in financial exposure, improve payment terms and cash flow, and stabilize and improve supplier relationships.
